**Your Mission**
- Your daily tasks include processing delivery time requests from our global sales partners by telephone and in writing
- You take care of the scheduling of orders, allocation of articles, taking into account prioritization and certain specifications in the SAP system
- You communicate and correspond with all internal interface departments
- You are jointly responsible for the timely provision of goods
- You support the distribution of goods in bottleneck situations
- You will be responsible for actively supporting the achievement of sales targets
- You will be responsible for other overarching administrative activities

**Your Talents**
- Training as an industrial administrator, wholesale and foreign trade, commercial training or business studies
- Professional experience in the area of order fulfillment is an advantage
- Service and customer orientation
- Good SAP and MS Office skills
- Very good communication skills
- Business fluent in English
