Als Prozesstechniker spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Optimierung und Überwachung unserer hochmodernen Produktionsprozesse. Du wirst nicht nur dafür verantwortlich sein, die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Fertigung zu steigern, sondern auch aktiv an der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen mitwirken, die unsere Mission vorantreiben. **What You'll Do**
- Als Techniker unser kontinuierlichen Verbesserungswerkstatt unterstützt du Prozessingenieure dazu, optimale Prozesse und Arbeitsplätze für die Fahrzeug Montage aufzubauen, technisch umzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Im Team erarbeitest du optimale Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe, damit unsere MitarbeiterInnen in der Montage einen sicheren und ergonomischen Arbeitsplatz vorfinden
- Du führst Problemdiagnosen durch und erarbeitest eigenständig Lösungen für unsere wichtigsten KPI‘s Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Output
- Du bist maßgeblich an der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen beteiligt
- Bei Produktanläufen und Produktänderungen unterstützt du bei der Erarbeitung der Standard-Arbeitsschritte und Arbeitsabläufe und bist bei den Prototypenaufbauten stark involviert
- Du bist verantwortlich beim Training neuer Arbeitsabläufe und schulst hierzu MitarbeiterInnen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung liegt dir im Blut und du bringst gerne neue Ideen ein
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Montagewerkzeugen, Vorrichtungen und Qualitäts-Messwerkzeugen
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit für dich und du unterstützt Lean Production und 5S Aktivitäten
- Selbstständig und proaktiv organisierst du in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team deinen täglichen Arbeitsablauf

**What You'll Bring**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz-Mechatroniker/ -Mechaniker, Elektriker, Schlosser bevorzugt mit Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche ggf. Fahrzeug-Montage
- Lean Production Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich in einem ständig ändernden Umfeld mit neuen Technologien anzupassen
- Sicherheit für dich und dein Team hat für dich oberste Priorität
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Gute Computerkenntnisse (Microsoft Office Suite)
