We are seeking a highly motivated **Senior Director** (f/m/d) **Digital Marketing Continental Europe **to join our team in Berlin.** **As Senior Director Digital Marketing CEU, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to our digital marketing teams across new, international, and catalogue recordings for social media, online advertising, audience and fanbase development, CRM, and online activations. In this role, you will manage the team, set priorities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term digital growth for BMG in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and other European regions.
**Your Tasks**
- Lead digital marketing teams for Continental European recorded music, covering new, international, and catalogue recordings
- Manage and develop a growing international team, overseeing online advertising infrastructure and development on multiple platforms
- Develop social media strategies and maintain partner relationships on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, and other connected platforms
- Be the point of escalation for artists, their management, and internal stakeholders for EU projects
- Manage CRM, data capture, fan-to-fan, and direct-to-fan marketing, including GDPR and data protection compliance
- Oversee website and landing page management, ensuring GDPR and data protection compliance
- Contribute to global digital marketing conversations and represent the EU in the global business
**Your Skillset**
- Digital marketing knowledge and proven experience in social media, audience development, online advertising, and digital activations
- Experience in Music Industry marketing and campaign management, as well as partner relationship, including pitching and Content Management System (CMS)
- Business acumen, including an understanding of budgeting, revenue streams, licensing, legal compliance, etc.
- Digital marketing, marketing, or platform-specific qualifications are preferred
- Fluent in English and German. Any additional language skills are a plus
**Your Mindset**
- Experience in leading and developing international teams
- Analytical mindset and understanding of data and statistics
- Experience managing a department is a plus
