**HR Specialist (m/w/d) Payroll/ Entgeltabrechnung**:
Brilon | Vollzeit oder Teilzeit | unbefristet | Personal
Sie sind im HR-Bereich der erste Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter ausgewählter Tochterunternehmen bzgl. abrechnungsrelevanter und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Themen. Dabei agieren Sie als zuverlässiger und vertrauensvoller Partner und bringen Begeisterung für Themen wie Weiterentwicklung/Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Systemen mit.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung inkl. des Melde
- und Bescheinigungswesens
- Vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner bei sozialversicherungs-, steuerrechtlichen und abrechnungstechnischen Fragestellungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Tools
- Überwachung und Pflege personenbezogener Stammdaten und Personalakten
- Ende Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen HR Business Partnern

**IHRE STÄRKEN**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gerne Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d)) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Weiterbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter/ Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Entgeltabrechnungen, Personaladministration und Zeitwirtschaft
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie BetrVG
- Routinierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel) sowie Abrechnungs
- und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen
- Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Ergebnisorientierte sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
