**AUFGABEN**
Als Sales Representative betreuen Sie technisch und kaufmännisch die Kunden in definierten Industrien sowie Interessenten der DACH Organisation mit dem Ziel, Wachstumspotenziale zu erkennen, auszubauen und organisches Wachstum zu generieren. Dabei verinnerlichen Sie die Unternehmenswerte und lassen diese in Ihre tägliche Arbeit einfließen.
- Sie übernehmen für Ihr Kundenportfolio die volle Ergebnisverantwortung und sind erste Ansprechperson für alle technischen Fragestellungen von Kunden und Interessenten und führen ebenso Preisverhandlungen durch.
- Außerdem vermarkten Sie proaktiv das gesamte BTC-Portfolio mit dem Ziel, Wachstumspotenziale, u.a. im Bereich der Neukundenakquise, auszuschöpfen und bestmögliche Ergebnisse im Cross
- und Up-Selling zu erzielen.
- Sie eignen sich branchen
- und marktbezogenen Kenntnisse an und übertragen dieses Wissen in strategische Entscheidungen beim Kunden.
- Des Weiteren erstellen Sie eigenverantwortlich die jährlichen Budgets der zugeordneten Kundentargets unter Anwendung der vorgegebenen Systematiken und stimmen sich hier mit dem/der Vorgesetzte_n eng ab.
- Sie identifizieren und bearbeiten Growth Opportunities sowie Market Potentials und bilden diese in den dafür vorgesehenen Systemen ab.

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb oder Anwendungstechnik
- hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Identifikation mit den Unternehmensleitlinien der BASF-Gruppe und den BTC-Werten "PACE", ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Industrie ist wünschenswert
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen, Kenntnisse im Bereich Sales Force CRM wünschenswert
- fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
