**Über die Abteilung**

Deine Position wird in der stark wachsenden Business Unit Obesity verankert sein, die erst kürzlich ein neues Medikament zur Gewichtsreduktion auf den deutschen Markt gebracht hat.

In Deutschland leben 19 Millionen Menschen mit Adipositas, also starkem Übergewicht. Betroffene haben oft einen langen Leidensweg hinter sich. Unsere Verantwortung in der Business Unit Obesity ist, neue Strategien zu finden, um Menschen mit Adipositas dort zu begegnen, wo sie sind. Es ist unsere Ambition, Betroffene vom Moment der Diagnose bis hin zur langfristigen Behandlung auf ihrem Weg zu einem gesunden Körpergewicht zu begleiten.

**Die Position**

In deiner Rolle wirst du eng mit der New Business Models Managerin zusammenarbeiten und sie bei strategischen kommerziellen Projekten unterstützen. Als Working Student bist du stets mitten im Geschehen

Deine konkreten Aufgaben beinhalten:

- Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Promotions-, Marketing
- und Trainingsmaterialien in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Dienstleistern
- Interne und externe cross-funktionale Abstimmung und das Einholen und Bewerten von Informationen von Legal, Medical und Supply Chain
- Angemessene Repräsentation von Novo Nordisk gegenüber externen Stakeholdern und Kooperationspartnern, bspw. bei gemeinsamen Touchpoints oder im Rahmen des Austausches von Informationen, Materialien und Daten
- Koordination der Marketingmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketingmanagern (inkl. Anpassung, Nachbestellung & Rezertifizierung, Pflege Lagerbestandsliste, Aktualisierung Materialliste)
- Erstellen und Realisieren von Projektplänen, Milestones, Timelines und Organisation der relevanten Touchpoints mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern für deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Regelmäßiges Zusammentragen und Evaluieren von Projektfortschritten anhand relevanter KPIs. In diesem Zusammenhang auch kontinuierliches Ableiten und Teilen von Learnings mit dem gesamten Obesity Team

**Qualifikationen**
- Interesse an Health Care und ein patientenorientiertes Mindset
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und -Verantwortung, sowie Lösungsorientiertheit und Weitblick
- Umsetzungsstärke, herausragende Kommunikations
- und interpersonelle Fähigkeiten
- Aktives Studium und erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Nice to have: Erfahrungen im Bereich Pharma / FMCG / HealthTech
- Fließende Deutsch
- und ausgeprägte Englischkenntnisse
