Data Protection & ICS Support (m/w/d) - befristet
**Aufgabengebiet**:
- Unterstützung der Abteilung Datenschutz bei der Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutz-Management-Systems sowie des Datenschutzschulungskonzeptes für den Nordzucker Konzern
- Rechtliche Recherche zu Regelungen der DSGVO sowie Bearbeitung von Datenschutzanfragen aus dem Tagesgeschäft und Teilnahme an Datenschutzprojekten
- Unterstützung der Abteilung Risk Management/IKS (Internes Kontrollsystem) bei der Erhebung/ Nachverfolgung der wesentlichen geschäftsrelevanten internen und externen Risiken für den Nordzucker Konzern
- Durchführung von konzernweiten IKS-Prüfungen und entsprechender Maßnahmenverfolgung
- Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Legal & Governance
**Der ideale Kandidat (m/w/d)**
- Verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Wirtschaftsjurist oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Hat die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu durchdringen, zu strukturieren und im Team einer Lösung zuzuführen
- Besitzt eine selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verfügt über Organisationstalent und Umsetzungsstärke
- Ist belastbar und flexibel
- Hat eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und besitzt Teamfähigkeit
- Besitzt sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
- Überzeugt mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
