**Das sind Deine Projekte**
- Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Risikomanagement-Tools, um die Portfolioentwicklung in kurz
- und langfristigen Perspektiven (z. B. Hedge Ratios, PnL, Hedging-Strategien, sVaR usw.) unter Verwendung von SQL und Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Excel, Power BI usw.) widerzuspiegeln
- Unterstützung und gemeinsame Arbeit mit unserem Reporting-Team bei der Entwicklung eines Datenmodells zur Erstellung eines Dashboards für die Marktrisikoberichterstattung an das obere Management
- Entwicklung eines neuen Positionsmanagement-Steuerungsansatzes zusammen mit verschiedenen Marktrisikofunktionen und FO
- Neben der digitalen Transformation unterstützt Du unser Team bei spezifischen Aufgaben in Richtung FO, wie z. B. der Festlegung von Limits, sVaR-Diskussionen und der Vorbereitung von Risikokomitees

**Wie Du ins Team kommst**
- Derzeit in einem Bachelor
- oder Masterstudiengang mit Bezug zu Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen und/oder Finanzen eingeschrieben
- Hands-on-Mentalität, flexibel und problemlösungsorientiert
- Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis des Datenmanagements mit ausgeprägten Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Interesse an Energiemärkten und Risikomanagement sowie an der Dynamik der Energiewende ist ein Muss
- Kenntnisse in SQL, Microsoft 365-Tools einschließlich Excel, Power BI und SharePoint sowie Erfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Prozesse mit Microsoft 365-Tools zu erlernen und zu automatisieren
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch ist ein Plus) sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team und einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
