- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Sharepoint. Knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign and Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

**YOUR MISSION**:
Your Mission:
Internal communication:

- Develop and distribute the Global Newsletter.
- Maintain and update content on the team's SharePoint.
- Craft and send regular communications to country managers (e.g., updates on suppliers, projects).
- Assist in creating guidelines and handbooks using InDesign.

Procurement:

- Collect and analyze country-specific forecasting data for store projects
- Provide insights on procurement processes and supplier management.

GSM (Global Store Master database):

- Monitor ongoing processes within the GSM database, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide user support for GSM, troubleshooting and addressing issues as needed.
- Assist with tasks related to the fixture library and order processes.

Operative project support:

- Calculate needs for specific project materials, such as hangers and signage.
- Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and invoices, ensuring supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with global teams to execute specific wholesale projects, providing guidance and operational support.
