We are looking for our future **Management Reporting & Analysis (MRA) Specialist (M/F/d) **based in Blieskastel to join our Integrated Controlling Services (ICS) team for a permanent contract.

As **MRA Specialist (M/F/d) **you contribute to Controlling department ambition to bring added value to business in delivering strong Controlling support and services, in increasing productivity and efficiency on standard processes run and by developing digitalization and analytics.

**Your missions**

Reporting to the Group Controlling Reporting and Analysis Manager,
- You prepare on a periodic base (on a daily or monthly base) the Group standard reports or key performance KPI’s follow-up.
- You are in contact with the Controlling operational teams to ensure Group standard reports proper content and alignment with performance measurement expectations.
- You master properly related data sources and technical reports run.
- You run Group standard reports and KPI’s by best usage of technical support via state of art software solutions (digitalization / automation).
- You analyse Group standard reports and KPI’s first outcomes and proceed accordingly in due time to their distribution within the organization.
For these activities, you work closely with the ICS team members.
- You are the central technical owner of the reports under responsibility.
For the reports and KPI’s under ownership, you train users and answer their questions, you provide them support on digital tools.
- You provide more globally an active support to the Controlling organization and especially to Controlling Business Partners in developing existing standard reports according to business operational needs and performance follow-up requirements.
- You support the Controlling organization in the development and implementation of any new Group standard report or new performance KPI.

**Your profile**
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Economics.
- You have 3 years’ experience in Controlling in an international environment.
- Manufacturing Controlling background is a plus.
- You are customer oriented and recognized for your communication skills.
- You are able to work in a transversal mode.
- Problem solving and analytical skills are key to succeed in this position.
- You are able to see the bigger picture connecting financial effects to business evolution.
- You work independently with general supervision and good time management.
- You know perfectly Excel, BI/BW tools.
- You are fluent in German and in English.
- Team oriented and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent English and German language skills, French would be considered as an asset.
