**Contracting Specialist Self Drive Destination (m/w/d)**
Vollzeit (40 Stunden)
Dienstort: Home-Office mit überwiegender Außendiensttätigkeit
Beginn: ab sofort

**Deine Rolle im Team**:

- Einkauf von Hotelleistungen (kurz-, mittel
- und langfristig)
- Selbstständige Vertragsverhandlungen mit bestehenden und zukünftigen Partner:innen
- Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Verantwortlichen und dem Produktmanagement
- Betreuung bereits bestehender Leistungspartner:innen
- Neuakquise von Leistungspartner:innen
- Selbstständiger Vertragsabschluss sowie aktive Produktentwicklung
- Aussagekräftige Erstellung von Analysen und von Statistiken (Überprüfung und Reporting aktueller Buchungsstände bzw. Ist-Zahlen)
- Besuch von Fachmessen und Workshops
- Koordination interner Abläufe sowie von team-/
abteilungsübergreifenden Workflows

**Das hast du im Gepäck**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Hoteleinkauf bzw. im
touristischen Umfeld
- Umfangreiche Destinations-, Branchen
- und Marktkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für organisatorische Abläufe sowie von touristischen Zusammenhängen
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
- Sprachkenntnisse (zumindest Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
