Financial Operations Accountant

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Berlin and Hamburg offices. Outside these cities, the position can be filled remotely within Germany._**

**What Will You Do**
- Advertiser/Publisher billing reconciliation
- Credit notes preparations
- Ops / Supply team Enquiries
- Advertiser / Publisher Master data maintenance
- Regular AR/AP Postings
- Weekly Sync with Demand & Supply + Ops
- Follow up on overdue receivables/collections
- Support weekly Cash Flow Planning
- Initiate publisher payment runs, revenue and COS accrual postings, intercompany postings
- Audit support, Internal audit, and compliance
- Backfill Billing for other team members
- Undertake automation projects and lead them to completion (with supervision from manager)

**What Will You Bring**
- University Degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Accounting
- IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge and strong Excel Skills are required
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred experience with Netsuite or SAP S4 Hana)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and navigate through large datasets
- Structured way of working with strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and taking responsibility for own domain
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer Service Experience
