**Sales Specialist - OP (w/m/d)**

Gebiet Ostdeutschland - Berlin, Magdeburg, Leipzig

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sales Specialist (w/m/d) der unser dynamisches Team bereichert und dazu beiträgt, unsere Kundenbeziehungen auf ein neues Niveau zu heben. Wenn Sie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Expertenwissen im Bereich OP mitbringen sollten wir uns kennenlernen. **Aufgaben**:

- **Beratung** unserer Kunden bei allen fachlichen Fragen in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet Ostdeutschland (Berlin, Magdeburg, Leipzig)
- **Demonstration unseres Produktsortiments**, sowie die Zusammenstellung von OP-Komplettsets mit dem Kunden
- **Anwenderschulungen** für das Außendienstteam
- Erstellung von **Prozessanalysen** und **Kostenvergleichsrechnungen**, um die Vorteile unseres Angebotes aufzuzeigen
- **Präsentation** unserer Gesamtlösungen für **reibungslose OP-Prozesse** in Verkaufsverhandlungen zusammen mit dem Account Manager
- **Mitarbeit in Projekten** zur Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer OP-Produkte sowie bei der Konzeption von zusätzlichen Service
- und Dienstleistungen (z. B. Prozessberatung im OP)

**Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene pflegerische Ausbildung mit OP-Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als OP-Pflegekraft, idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb von OP-Produkten
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Schulungs-, Präsentations
- und Moderationskompetenz
- Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Ihr Wohnort ist im Reisegebiet bzw. Sie bringen Umzugsbereitschaft in das Reisegebiet mit
- Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus
