**Was macht ein erfolgreicher Boarding Representative?**
- Eingabe von Neuaufträgen, Gerätewechseln, Tarifumstellungen und Mehrwertdiensten in die Fiserv-Systemlandschaft
- Manuelle Bearbeitung von Prozessen sowie Unterstützung automatisierter Lösungen zum Nutzen von Kunden und Partnern
- Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit in einem Team von bis zu 10 Mitarbeitern
- Erweiterbare Verantwortungsbereiche durch teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

**as Sie benötigen**
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Vorherige Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position im Backoffice
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel

**Std**:

- 40 hours per week,Montag - Freitag
