**Tasks**

As the Mercedes-Benz Group, we build and market the most desirable cars in the world. With the Mercedes-Benz Cars and Mercedes-Benz Vans divisions, we are one of the largest and most successful suppliers of premium passenger cars and vans.

At the German sales headquarters in the heart of Berlin, we manage sales and service and create the strategies, processes and prices to get our vehicles on the road.

As the interface between production and the dealership, Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars Sales Management is responsible for ensuring that the correctly built vehicle is handed over to the customer at the selected dealer at the desired time.

The teams are responsible for production planning, quota, inventory and order management as well as distribution.

Our team is responsible for managing and organizing the logistics processes in the German market. In addition to initial delivery and FLC area control for cars, A2A transports of cars/vans are our core topics.

Your tasks will be:

- Supporting the "Logistics Area Control" team in the daily generation, preparation and analysis of data from operational IT systems
- Support in the area of data quality, such as follow-up processing of missing incoming and outgoing messages at the respective locations, maintenance of contact persons for the locations
- Creation of requested documents, e.g. graphics in Excel, presentations in PowerPoint
- Support in communicating with the operators of the vehicle logistics centers regarding data problems, inventory clarifications and transport prioritization
- Communication with internal interfaces

**Qualifications**

Degree course: Business administration/economics (preferably with a focus on logistics), logistics management, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course

Language skills: Confident written and spoken German and English skills

IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), knowledge of analysis functions in Excel (such as pivot tables) is an advantage

Personal skills: Commitment, ability to work in a team, analytical mindset, strategic way of working, structured approach, organizational talent, communicative

Other: Automotive affinity and knowledge of logistics/supply chain management are an advantage
