**Was du bei uns bewegst**:

- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen datenschutz-relevanten Services wie beispielsweise die DSGVO-konforme Datenauskunft oder das DSGVO-konforme Löschen von Kundendaten über verteilte Systeme und kundenservice-relevante Prozesse hinweg
- Transfer von rechtlichen Anforderungen in nachhaltige, produktseitige Lösungen
- Anwendung eines nutzer-, wert
- und zielgruppenorientierten Gestaltungsprozesses der Produktentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung der DSGVO-Anforderungen
- Fachliche Führung des Entwicklungsteams (international) und Priorisieren des Product Backlogs sowie Vorbereitung und Planung von Entwicklungszielen im Sinne der agilen Produktentwicklung
- Bestimmung des fachlichen Umfangs der Produktentwicklung für die verantworteten Teilprodukte und Services
- Sicherstellung der Transparenz über den Status des Produktes und dessen Abhängigkeiten
- Zentraler, fachlicher Ansprechpartner für rechtliche/DSGVO-relevante Entscheidungen in der Produktentwicklung sowie kontinuierlicher Austausch mit unserer Rechtsabteilung und unseren Datenschutzbeauftragten

**Features, die dich ausmachen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Medien
- oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fachwissen im Bereich DSGVO/Datenschutz sind vorteilhaft
- Reisebereitschaft zwischen Köln und Sofia (ca. 20-30 % pro Monat), individuell mit dem Team zu vereinbaren
- Mehrjährige Produkt
- oder Projektmanagementerfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Tiefes technisches & architekturelles Verständnis im Microservice-Umfeld
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der agilen Produktentwicklung mit z. B. Scrum oder Kanban
- Reporting
- und Analysefähigkeiten zur Bewertung von und über das Testen von Maßnahmen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Bewertung von zukunftssicheren, skalierbaren Technologien
- Kreativität, Nutzerorientierung und Zielgruppenfokussierung, Pragmatismus, große Begeisterung für die Produktentwicklung
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie Artikulations
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Positives, lösungsorientiertes Mindset und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
