Shiftleader Maintenance

**Job Summary**:
A shift leader is responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team. He trains the team and is responsible for the coordination and organization of the team members. Furthermore, he takes care of the smooth shift handover. As a communication interface, it is in regular contact with its employees, managers, internal contact persons and external companies.

Carrying out maintenance work in the area of production facilities and equipment
- Scheduled maintenance work, as well as inspection, maintenance and testing activities
- On-call duty according to operational plan
- Support for maintenance work in other departments
- Order and cleanliness in the workshop and at the various locations in the production halls and technical areas
- Ordering the required spare parts and consumables
- The job holder is obliged to perform cross-divisional or non-departmental tasks, provided that these must be carried out immediately and in order to avoid damage in the interest of the company.
- Management of subordinate employees
- Creation of on-call duty plan
- Continuous optimization of workflows in the subordinate area
