Then we have a great opportunity for you as Director and Head of Technical Marketing Battery Management Solutions (f/m/div)*.

In your new role as
**Technical Marketing Head, **you will lead a team of Product Definition and Product Application experts. You and your team are responsible for:

- **New product ideas **based on market and customer feedback and corresponding input to the BMS product development roadmap
- Definition of **right-fit, cost-competitive BMS products **with a strong value proposition, including Datasheet generation
- Driving product **innovation **, benchmarking competitors, and identifying and overcoming **portfolio **gaps
- BMS system **concept verification **, **reference designs, **and design-in collaterals
- **Technical Go-to-Market activities **, including generating technical documentation and other Go-To-Market **collaterals **required for product promotion

You will
**report to the Product Line Head **responsible for the BMS segment, thereby:

- Contribute to the **overall strategy of the BMS product segment **, including yearly long-term strategy planning
- Secure and foster the **right competencies and drive the career development of your team members**

Lastly, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and are able to take decisions under pressure. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Electrical Engineering **, Microelectronics, and/or Industrial Engineering
- At least **8 years of relevant work experience **in technical marketing or electrical engineering roles
- Proficient in the **development of new product ideas, roadmaps, **and associated business cases
- Strong **leadership skills **with the ability to lead also technically
- A **Team-Player-Mindset **with the ability to drive, coordinate and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities and business partners
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to **present and report in a clear and convincing manner**:

- Excellent **English **skills and **German **is a plus
- Ability and **willingness to travel worldwide**
