Wir sind **Plattformanbieter für Finanzdienstleister **und stellen unseren Kunden, selbstständige Investmentberater und Versicherungsvermittler, eine regulatorische sowie administrative 360° Finanz
- als auch Versicherungsplattform unter der Marke **finfire** zur Verfügung.
Diese selbstentwickelte Plattform ermöglicht unseren Kunden Finanzmarkt
- und Versicherungstransaktionen vollumfänglich und rechtssicher abzuwickeln.
Heute beschäftigt die Netfonds Gruppe ca. 300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden und Partner professionell in punkto Produktwissen, IT/Technik, Regulatorik und Prozessmanagement.

**Technical Product Owner: Bereich Abrechnung/Accounting (m/w/d)**
Standort: 20097 Hamburg
Vertragsart: unbefristete Festanstellung, Vollzeit (40h/Woche)
Unsere Dev, Ops, Data, SM, PO und Security KollegInnen geben dort Einblicke in ihre tägliche Arbeit und Challenges.
**Was erwartet Dich?**:
- Du bist Software Developer und hast Interesse, dich selbst in Richtung Product Owner weiterzuentwickeln.
- Gemeinsam mit mehreren Ansprechpartnern (Business Analysten) der Fachabteilung bist du verantwortlich für das Product Backlog und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.
- Du behältst den Blick fürs große Ganze und die technische Machbarkeit des Produktes. Dabei weist du ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein auf.
- Wenn nötig kannst du auch selbst Hand an den Code legen - wir setzen auf Java im Backend und VueJS mit Typescript im Frontend.
- Als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen den Stakeholdern, Business Analysten und deinem Entwicklungsteam erarbeitest du Produktspezifikationen, begleitest den Sprint-Prozess und stellst sicher, dass alle fachlichen Fragen und Anforderungen effizient und effektiv behandelt werden.
**Was solltest Du mitbringen?**:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrungen als Software Developer
- Optional: Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams
- Interesse an der Thematik der Abrechnung von Investment
- oder Versicherungsprodukten
- Einen Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Studiengängen oder gleichwertige Arbeitserfahrung
- Die Umsetzung agiler Arbeitsweisen und Methoden sind Teil Deines Mindsets
- Du verfügst zudem über Wissen in IT-Architekturen und Softwaresystemen
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und eine systematische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
