**We are digital builders born in the cloud and currently, we are looking for **a SaaS Solution Architect for IBM Multicloud, which is Nordcloud's fast-growing SaaS product family.**

As a **SaaS Solution Architect** on our IBM Multicloud team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers get the best adoption and use of our IBM Multicloud SaaS products, and that includes helping them map their situation, needs, and objectives - and helping them configure our tools to best provide customers with an optimized and automated everyday experience, whether we're looking into their DevOps or FinOps functions. You will also contribute to consulting projects by working together with our Cloud Advisors on customer projects, for example in planning IBM Multicloud business cases.
You'll be a true doer who is hands-on and proactive in supporting customers. This means contributing to design and documentation. It means helping inform the product roadmap based on customer wants and needs. And it means ensuring customers have a smooth onboarding and adoption process for IBM Multicloud software and services (e.g. FinOps).
**Your daily work**:
- Becoming an expert in IBM Multicloud products (and complementary services)
- Acting as a bridge between customers' people and processes and our IBM Multicloud products - as well as our presales team. You'll help define requirements based on customer needs and then build designs from these requirements
- Owning the technical engagement: You're ultimately responsible for matching designs to customer needs and helping project managers and cloud engineers understand those needs. You're also responsible for defining skill requirements and identifying suitable resources for projects
- Presenting solutions and advising customers on cloud solutions and services
- Working with the sales and product teams to help build offers for customers during the solutioning phase
- Being responsible for educating customers, colleagues, and partners about IBM Multicloud products and best practices
- Acting as the voice of the customer in product development, supporting and developing our service offering and documentation
As we have varying opportunities to work internationally, some **readiness to travel** to various places in Europe is required.
**Your skills and attributes of success**:
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and architecture (like Azure, AWS, GCP, and/or IBM Cloud), with the ability to build a deep understanding of our IBM Multicloud product suite
- Proven ability to create customer-specific service solutions independently based on productized solutions
- Multiple years of experience in Application Design, Architecture, and Implementation
- Experience using Python and serverless codings such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
- Experience from a SaaS or cloud consultancy and a background in either enterprise IT or software development
- Courage to challenge and help customers change and develop
- Analytical mindset and a diplomatic approach
- Fluent communication skills in **English**
