You support our team as

**Apprentice Surface Coater (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- The training focuses on the refinement (electroplating) of metals and plastics, the examination of electrolytes as well as the monitoring, maintenance and servicing of the electroplating equipment
- You will learn the theoretical basics in block courses in Schwäbisch Gmünd and will be accommodated free of charge in a dormitory during this time
- You will also gain practical experience in external internships
- From the very beginning, we will introduce you step by step to your future tasks in the company

- Completion of secondary school
- Logical thinking skills
- Manual dexterity
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Independent, responsible approach to work and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure, above-average commitment and good communication skills
