**We are looking for**

An experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our product and strengthen our team.

**Tasks**:

- Develop and enhance the Plunet design system, drawing inspiration from the existing UI while improving legacy components using Angular Material.
- Maintain consistency across all user interfaces and interactions by managing our design system.
- Collaborate with our Product Owners and Front-end Developers to build a comprehensive component library.
- Conceptualize and create design guidelines.
- Lead and own the end-to-end design process from concept to completion, together with our UX Researcher and UX Writer.
- Work within the product team to conceptualize and develop new features in our software.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in UX/UI (e.g., interface design, communication design, human-computer interaction) or a comparable qualification.
- Proficient in common tools for creating digital user interfaces, especially Figma.
- Experience collaborating with front-end teams and knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience in managing legacy software.
- Confident in UX roles, comfortable both as a mentor and in operational work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in both German and English.
