**The Opportunity**

Provide scientific expertise in biologics required in PIDD development projects to support the EPD strategy of an innovative, targeted and timely drug research and drug development.

**What You’ll Do**
- Represent preclinical and provide scientific expertise in preclinical safety required in EPD development projects for differentiated generics and biologics.
- Provide scientific insight to the new product innovation in terms of preclinical strategy, disease pathology, pharmacology and safety.
- Conceptualization of nonclinical drug development programs and lifecycle activities according to appropriate governmental and regulatory requirements in Emerging Markets and the company's development strategy.
- Preparation of relevant nonclinical regulatory documents in the course of development of branded generics and biologics for marketing authorization.
- Evaluation of scientific publications and other pharmacological/toxicological reports regarding their relevance for revision of existing nonclinical documentation of branded generics and biologics.
- Participate in scientific peer review of preclinical team output, e.g. pharmacodynamic (PD)/Pharmacokinetics (PK) studies of new/established pharmaceuticals to support regulatory submission.

**Required Qualifications**
- University degree in a relevant area of pharmaceutical/ natural sciences (e. g. biology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology or veterinary medicine), preferably with a Ph.D.
- Diversified experience and expertise in preclinical and product development of biologics, proven ability to effectively work in complex and multifunctional teams.
- Experienced in the preparation of regulatory dossiers for the registration of pharmaceuticals.
- Self-motivated, reliable team player with a proactive mindset and very good communication
- Fluent in English and used to work in an international setting
