With around 10,000 employees, Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG specialises in financial and mobility services. The products range from financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions, rental and fleet management to digital services for charging and payments, as well as insurance and innovative mobility services.

As a financial services provider, Mercedes-Benz Mobility supports sales of the Mercedes-Benz Group's automotive brands worldwide. In Germany, Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, as part of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is one of the leading vehicle financing banks and offers around one million customers financial flexibility as well as deposit business and fixed-interest-rate accounts in the direct banking business.
Flexible mobility offers such as Mercedes-Benz Rent or EQ subscriptions, enable an uncomplicated and flexible entry into e-mobility, complementing the service portfolio. With its subsidiary Athlon, Mercedes-Benz Mobility is present in Europe in operational fleet management and vehicle leasing and is responsible for around 400,000 vehicles.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz Mobility investments in the market for urban mobility services: The joint ventures FREE NOW, SHARE NOW and CHARGE NOW combine solutions for ride-hailing and multi-modal mobility, car sharing and electric vehicle charging. At the same time, the portfolio also includes StarRides - a limousine transport service joint venture in China - and the participation in the Berlin chauffeur service Blacklane.

**Your main tasks **will be to support and work together with each of our teams. This will give you the opportunity to deep dive in all topics which are from an governance perspective of high priority for an multinational company like Mercedes-Benz Mobility. Communicating with our entities worldwide, preparing training sessions and analyzing the data we collect via various channels - which is the basis for our decisions - will be you daily business.
**Qualifikationen**:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Innovative Management, Computer Science, Law Experience,
- Understanding of information security and the relationship between threat, vulnerability and information value in the context of risk management is an advantage
- Interest in new, agile & scrum working methods is an advantage
- Finance & Controlling knowhow is an advantage
- Know how on cloud and/or data lake technology and tools for visualization as PowerBI are preferred
- Interest in / basic understanding on big data, artificial intelligence and drive to continuously stay informed on new trends and solutions is an advantage
- Fluent in English (department’s usual language is English) is key, German is an advantage
- Team player with high service attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong process execution, time management and organizational skills; self-motivated, ability to work independently
- Reliable and self-reliant way of working
