**aufgeschlossenes Teammitglied und moderiere die Debatten in Deutschlands größter News-Community und vertrete die Werte der Redaktion**
- du sorgst für eine sachbetonte und offene Diskussionskultur und begünstigst hiermit den niveauvollen Austausch
- du triffst inhaltsbasierte Entscheidungen im Kontext zum aktuellen Weltgeschehen
- du beweist dein Fingerspitzengefühl in der Kommunikation und im Umgang mit Community-Nutzern
- du stehst dabei im Austausch mit der Redaktion

Qualifikationen
**Community-Profi und bist immer bestens über die aktuelle Nachrichtenlage informiert**
- es fällt dir leicht, auch unter Druck objektive Entscheidungen zu treffen
- ein technisches Grundverständnis und eine Affinität zur digitalen Kommunikation zeichnen dich aus
- du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Community Management und/oder Kundenservice mit
- bestenfalls hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
