Logistics Planner

Our company is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our logistics team at our** Leipzig** location. As a **Logistics Planner** (M/F/d), you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and implementation of logistics concepts and processes.

**Your Profile**:

- Review and analyze existing customer logistics concepts.
- Plan and coordinate personnel and equipment according to requirements.
- Post-calculation and evaluation of the performance of existing processes and logistics concepts.
- Develop, evaluate, and support the implementation of process optimizations, concepts, and continuous improvement projects (CIP).
- Introduction, expansion, and utilization of key figure systems for monitoring and operational control of projects.
- Creation of documentation, including planning-related verification documentation.
- Maintain close customer and supplier relationships through telephone and personal contacts.
- If necessary, procurement of services and capital goods, e.g. plant equipment and FFZ (vehicles for in-house transport).
- Planning and implementation of projects, considering customer requirements and preferences.
- Monitoring and reporting of progress and compliance with project specifications for all planned projects.

**Your Tasks**:

- Completed university or college degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Further education in relevant areas such as logistics, project management, or process optimization is advantageous.
- Profound knowledge of project management, process analysis, and optimization.
- Familiarity with logístical processes, especially in automotive and transport logistics.
- Experience with technical drawing programs like MS Visio, AutoCAD, or similar is desirable.
- Understanding of relevant legal requirements, as well as norms and customer specifications, particularly ISO/TS 16949.
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) and very good MS Office knowledge.
- Familiarity with the MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) procedure is advantageous.
- Special expertise in automotive and transport logistics is highly beneficial
