Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n

**Director People Germany (w/m/d)**,

der/ die das operative Management und Strategie aller HR-Geschäftspraktiken leitet, einschließlich People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, DEI, Employee Relations, Employer Branding, Compensation/Benefits etc.

Als Teil des deutschen Leadership Teams treibst Du die Kultur, den Wandel und das Wachstum der dazugehörigen Netzwerkagenturen in Deutschland mit voran, und sorgst dafür, dass wir auch weiterhin für top Talente ein langfristig attraktiver Arbeitgeber sind.

Du bist verantwortlich für unser hoch engagiertes, sympathisches 5-köpfiges People Team, um den besten HR-Service entlang des Employee Life Cycles zu bieten. Die Berichtslinie geht dabei an die in UK ansässige Chief People Officer EMEA.

DEINE AUFGABEN- DU
- übernimmst die vollumfängliche Leitung des People Teams für Weber Shandwick Deutschland und agierst als Senior Business Partner für die weiteren Agenturen aus dem Netzwerk inkl. der Schweiz.
- übernimmst die inhaltliche und disziplinarische Leitung des 5-köpfigen People Teams.
- entwickelst und setzt (zusammen mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem CPO) eine nationale People Strategie um mit Fokus auf Kultur, Talent Attraction, Retention und Employer Branding.
- agierst als strategischer und beratender Partner für die deutsche Geschäftsleitung und das Leadership Team.
- bist für die Verbesserung von Prozessen und die Umsetzung neuer Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern verantwortlich.
- setzt komplexe Projekte um, leitest Change-Maßnahmen und implementierst neue Tools, die den Service für unsere Mitarbeiter optimieren.
- bist aktiver Teil des internationalen HR Netzwerkes bei den Agenturen Weber Shandwick, Jack Morton, Octagon und Golin.

DEIN PROFIL- DU
- besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior HR Business Partner, HR Team Lead, Head oder Director, idealerweise in einer (Netzwerk)Agentur und/oder einem internationalen Unternehmen.
- brennst für die Themen People & Culture.
- verstehst, was es braucht top Talente auf allen Ebenen zu gewinnen und zu halten.
- bist eine erfahrene und passionierte Teamleitung.
- verfügst über kommerzielles Verständnis und Geschäftssinn.
- bist glaubwürdig, selbstbewusst und scharfsinnig in der Zusammenarbeit auf höherer Ebene, d.h. Leadership, Geschäftsführung und C-Level. Du bist in der Lage, schon sehr früh vertrauensvolle Beziehungen mit wichtigen Stakeholdern aufzubauen.
- besitzt die Fähigkeit, als interner Coach für das Management, Kollegen und Dein Team zu fungieren, indem Du hilfst, Probleme schnell zu erkennen und effektiv sowie nachhaltig zu lösen.
- besitzt die Fähigkeit, in einem sehr schnelllebigen, kreativen und dynamischen Umfeld mit Unklarheiten und Veränderungen umzugehen.
- verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (deutsch und englisch), Teambildungsfähigkeiten und Konsensbildung.
