Da wir weiter expandieren, suchen wir qualifizierte und motivierte Verstärkung als **Process Innovation Lead **für unser dynamisches Team in der Objektbuchhaltung.

Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung des Wandels und der Veränderung im deutschen Immobilienmarkt. Wir suchen keine klassische Führungskraft, sondern jemanden, der Begeisterung, eine starke Arbeitsmoral und den Wunsch hat, den Status quo in Frage zu stellen. Dein Hauptfokus wird auf der **Optimierung der Prozesse in der Objektbuchhaltung** liegen. Du trägst aktiv zur Transformation unserer Branche bei. Dies ist eine spannende Möglichkeit, Teil eines Start-ups zu sein, das die Zukunft der Immobilienbuchhaltung in Deutschland neugestaltet.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- **Analyse der bestehenden Prozesse**: Du führst eine umfassende Analyse der aktuellen Prozesse in der Objektbuchhaltung durch, um Stärken, Schwächen und Potenziale für Verbesserungen zu identifizieren. Dabei solltest du den Fokus darauflegen, die Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu optimieren.
- **Entwicklung von Optimierungsstrategien**:Du entwickelst innovative Strategien und Lösungsansätze, um die Effizienz, Genauigkeit und Standardisierung der Prozesse in der Objektbuchhaltung zu verbessern. Dabei berücksichtigst du aktuelle Best Practices und Technologien, um einen nachhaltigen Standardisierungsprozess für alle Hausverwaltungen zu schaffen.
- **Implementierung neuer Prozesse**: Du leitest die Umsetzung der optimierten Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Objektbuchhaltung. Dies beinhaltet die Definition von klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, die Schulung der Mitarbeiter und die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs zu den neuen Arbeitsabläufen.
- **Überwachung und Bewertung**:Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Implementierung der neuen Prozesse und misst ihre Wirksamkeit. Dabei nutzt du geeignete KPIs und Feedbackmechanismen, um sicherzustellen, dass die angestrebten Verbesserungen erzielt werden und gegebenenfalls Anpassungen vornimmst.
- **Change Management**: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Anpassung an die veränderten Prozesse und förderst eine positive Einstellung gegenüber Veränderungen. Dabei kommunizierst du klar die Vorteile der Optimierungen und bietest Unterstützung und Schulungen an, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
- **Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams**: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern zusammen, um eine nahtlose Integration der Prozesse zu gewährleisten. Dies umfasst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team, um technische Lösungen zu implementieren, sowie die Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen relevanten Teams.
- **Kontinuierliche Verbesserung**:Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in der Objektbuchhaltung und bringst innovative Ideen ein, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Arbeitsabläufe stetig zu steigern.

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfahrung in der Objektbuchhaltung und fundiertes Verständnis der damit verbundenen Prozesse
- Gute Kenntnisse der Immobilienbuchhaltung, Finanzberichterstattung und branchenspezifischen Vorschriften.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und der Wunsch, bestehende Arbeitsweisen herauszufordern und zu verbessern
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Immobilienverwaltungssoftware und -tools.
- Starke analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit hoher Aufmerksamkeit für Details.
- Fähigkeit, in einer dynamischen Umgebung mit schnellen Veränderungen erfolgreich zu agieren.
- Begeisterung, Einsatzbereitschaft und der Wunsch, einen Unterschied in der Branche zu machen.
