**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Strategieentwicklung der Instandhaltung in Kooperation mit dem Instandhaltungsmanagement am Standort Stadtallendorf
- Mitwirkung bei der instandhaltungsspezifischen internationalen Strategieentwicklung
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen-Dashboards (SIM)
- Aufbereitung und Erstellung von instandhaltungsrelevanten Kennzahlen für das Management
- Schwachstellenidentifizierung und Optimierung aller Instandhaltungsprozesse
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Lean Managements in der Instandhaltung sowie Training der Abteilung in der Anwendung von Lean-Werkzeugen
- Planung und Durchführung von instandhaltungsrelevanten Workshops
- Moderation von Instandhaltungs-Meetings
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Instandhaltungsmanagement sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Abteilungen bei Ferrero

**Was wir erwarten**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen
- Erfahrungen im Lean
- und Projektmanagement
- Erweitertes Knowhow im Umgang mit Lean-Werkzeugen (z.B. TPM, SIH, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping)
- Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem, effizientem und verantwortungsvollem Arbeiten sowie zu konstruktiver Teamarbeit
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
- Umsetzungsstärke, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
