**Über Dich**
Als Mitglied des Investment Teams besteht Deine Aufgabe darin, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung das Team aktiv während der Ankaufs
- bzw. Exitphase zu unterstützen, sowie Investitionen während der Bau
- bzw
- Haltephase zu begleiten.
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Durchführung von Due Diligence Aktivitäten
- Erstellung von Investitionsmemoranden für das interne Investment Committee
- Analyse von Opportunitäten und des Wettbewerbsumfeldes sowie die Ableitung von entsprechenden Handlungsempfehlungen
- Durchführung von Finanzierungsstrategien sowie Umsetzung anstehender Refinanzierungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der CRE Projektentwicklungsabteilung sowie externen Dienstleistern während der Bauphase sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Asset Management Strategien
- Vorbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Unterstützung bei Exitprozessen
**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Zwei bis vier Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensberatung, Transaction Services, M&A/Investmentbanking oder Investment Management
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Investmentmodelle von Grund auf neu zu erstellen
- Ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse (Level C1)
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel)
