**Your Tasks**:
Within our Corporate R&D Headquarters, this position in the Product Safety team supports human exposure assessments for our cosmetic products thus helping ensure a high level of consumer safety.

Main responsibilities:

- Conduct consumer exposure assessments for cosmetic products based on literature, models and/or internal data with an emphasis on higher tier solutions
- Manage consumer habits and practices data for our cosmetic products relevant to human health assessments
- Team with product developers, formulators, safety assessors, toxicologists and other experts for product evaluations and risk mitigation
- Support trade association activities in the area of exposure assessment for regulatory submissions and product defense

**Your Profile**:

- University degree with relevant professional experience and/or experience using an exposure assessment tool (e.g. CEM, ConsExpo, CremeCare, EUSES, PACEM, PRIMo) in cosmetics or other sectors (e.g. chemicals, food, plant protection)
- Ability to perform complex modeling, such as Monte Carlo simulations, and explain the results to stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills as required for internal and external collaborations
- Open, global mindset characterized by positivity, flexibility, and adaptability with agile thinking
- Ability to cope with stress and dynamic changes of the business environment
- Fluency in English, ideally good knowledge of German or basic knowledge with willingness to improve quickly

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
