Integration Specialist/solutions Architect

Our client, a German company determined to strengthen its market presence, seeks an Integration Specialist or Solutions Architect to build integrations with various German systems. Many integrations require German documentation, and most coordination meetings are conducted in German.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate in defining scope, researching, planning, and building integrations between the client's platform and German systems like DATEV, Destatis, or ISBJ.
- Lead the requirement phase with major clients and partners whose systems need integration.
- Support technical sales calls with potential large enterprise clients.
- Contribute to other areas like developer tools, security features, and platform infrastructure.
- Gain strong experience developing APIs and integrations with external systems.
- Actively participate in development as an engineer.
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for working with integration systems using diverse technologies (REST API, GraphQL, queue-based messaging).
- Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thrive on working with complex interactions between systems.
- Adept at reading technical documentation and architecting solutions based on it.
- Passionate about building robust systems and integrations.
- Experience working in a highly dynamic environment with skilled engineers (a plus).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Scala or other functional programming languages.
- Experience with PHP.
- Prior experience with DATEV, ISBJ, or Destatis.
- Experience with technical pre-sales dialogues.
**The Team**:
You'll join one of our engineering teams, reporting directly to an Engineering Manager. The team is based in Copenhagen with a mix of on-site and remote engineers. The development process is built for remote work.
