**Your tasks**
- You will design a sustainable People & Culture strategy for our international growth path - for our locations currently in Germany, Poland, and Ukraine
- You have visions and the courage to vary from classic /routine paths
- You design processes that build bridges within and between the locations and pave the way for innovations of a modern, impulse-giving, and employee-strengthening People & Culture
- This includes the implementation of change projects, especially in the areas of employer branding & strategic recruiting, digitalization as well as organizational and leadership development
- For your team, you are a motivator*, inspirer*, supporter*, and directional guide* - a culture that promotes personal responsibility and self-organization, as well as a value-oriented culture, should be close to your heart
- You are also an impulse generator* and sparring partner* for the board and executives in all People & Culture topics

**Our expectations**
- You have several years of experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility within an internationally oriented, medium-sized, and strongly growing company - ideally within a production company
- This experience includes in particular the development of modern HR concepts, the development of organizational structures and HR processes as well as change management
- Networking paired with target-oriented communication should be a particular strength of yours
- The team idea always comes first for you
- Your pragmatism and solution orientation will ensure the modernization, optimization, and standardization of HR processes and instruments
- Due to the international orientation you should be willing to travel extensively
- You know English very well
