Document Controller

Ryanair is, at the moment, operating an aircraft fleet of more than 450 modern Boeing 737-800 aircraft and will, until 2024, further expand. Our highly trained and dedicated engineering team is responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircraft based in Germany. We are currently looking for a

**Document Controller (M/F/d) to join our Base Maintenance team in Hahn (HHN), Germany.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs
- Printing check pack documents and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft
- Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly
- Follow up on incomplete/missing paperwork
- Ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records

**Requirements**:

- Previous documents control experience
- Aircraft experience/knowledge is of advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, knowledge of AMOS is of advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
- A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU driver's license
- Preferably a valid German security clearance according to - 7 of German Aviation Security Act
