**AUFGABEN**
- Verantwortung für Planung, Budgetierung & Steuerung des D-t-C E-Commerce Geschäfts in allen Märkten
- E-Commerce Shop Management: Verantwortung für die operative Planung des E-Commerce Geschäfts, Hauptansprechpartner & Schnittstelle für alle Abteilungen zum Thema E-Commerce
- Planung, Entwicklung & Umsetzung der E-Commerce Strategie für alle Märkte, Länder und Marktplätze
- Kampagnenmanagement: Zuständig für Planung, Abstimmung & Durchführung von Sortiments
- und Vermarktungsaktionen sowie Produktlaunches, d.h. Konzeption, Durchführung und Überwachung von Marketingkampagnen für verschiedene Kanäle (Social Media, E-Mail
- & Suchmaschinenmarketing SEM & SEO)
- Du stellst den betrieblichen Ablauf des Shops sicher und optimierst die internen Prozesse in Abstimmung mit den Teams, um Verbesserungen zu identifizieren, d.h. kontinuierliche Analyse relevanter KPI´s & aktueller Trends im E-Commerce und Marketing
- Verbesserung der Konversionsraten auf der Website, Optimierung Benutzererfahrung & Entwicklung einer Content Strategie für den E-Commerce Bereich in enger Abstimmung mit dem zentralen Marketing
- Verantwortung für Produktbeschreibungen, Blogbeiträge, Videomaterial etc., um Kundenbindung zu erhöhen und Sichtbarkeit zu optimieren
- Budgetmanagement: Verantwortung für das Marketingbudget des E-Commerce Bereichs
- Teamführung & Koordination: Leitung des E-Commerce Marketingteams mit aktuell 8 Mitarbeitern
- Verantwortung für die Auswahl & Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Performance Agenturen
- Identifikation und Pflege von Partnerschaften & Kooperationen (Influencer, Plattformen etc.)
**PROFIL**
- Erfolgreiches Studium im Bereich Kommunikations
- / Medien
- / Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im E-Commerce Marketing inkl. Online-Vermarktung von Marken & Online-Advertising
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Marketingstrategien und -Tools & Zusammenhängen auf Online-Marktplätzen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Daten zur Entscheidungsfindung
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis von Produkt Information Management (PIM) mit
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und zählst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zu deinen Stärken
- Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit bei der Kampagnenentwicklung
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- & Präsentationsfähigkeiten (MS Office)
- Flexibilität & Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem sich schnell ändernden Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
