**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:

- You provide employee support on individual People & Organisation (P&O) related questions and requests.
- You assist in employee onboarding process.
- You support global mobility services by offering assistance with relocation, visa and international assignments.
- You manage absence and attendance management data for accurate Working Time Management records.
- You manage personnel file management for accurate P&O data through effective master data input.
- You ensure compliant employee offboarding by supporting administrative offboarding including reference letters.
- You participate in specific P&O initiatives regarding policies, process design, documentation creation.
- Growth projects depending on skills and development under the supervision of P&O colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- Currently enrolled as an university student in an HR related field.
- Good IT office skills (MS Office, Teams etc.).
- Fast learner and eager to grow.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Secure knowledge of English, German is a plus.
- First HR experience in internships beneficial, but not a must.
