Global Business Unit Controller (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
**Location**: Greater Heilbronn Region

As we develop & grow our business in exciting & innovative new ways, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is seeking a dynamic talent who is looking to challenge themselves professionally & spearhead change.

For the right individual, we are offering a multifaceted opportunity to take part in shaping the financial landscape for a new location, where you’ll need to demonstrate resilience, showcase your ability to influence, & with the chance to grow your business development skillset.

**Your Impact**:
**Leadership**: Guide the financial operations of a production site with over €18M P&L responsibility in addition to other business operations in a global network (€ ~50M), while catering to the unique demands of our specialized manufacturing processes

**Strategic Outlook**: Drive commercial initiatives, investment efficiency strategies, & strategic planning within the Global Business Unit

**Cross-Collaboration**: Align and drive cohesive strategies, while acting as a liaison for various stakeholders within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration

**Implementation & Scaling**: Integrate SAP for a new location, while developing & maintaining production Controlling processes that are fitting to the Division Controlling standards

**Project Management**: Identify & execute special projects based on the development of the location

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with a preference for specialization in industrial management or production, Master’s Degree preferred

Proven track record of effective financial leadership, preferably within a global manufacturing environment

Professional Level German & English

**Skills needed for success in this role**:
**Social Intelligence**: steering change management initiatives

**Analytical Mindset**: demonstrating commercial acumen, and proficiency in understanding & presenting complex topics

**Systems & Process Agility**: Familiarity with IFRS and SAP FI/CO; experience with BI and Hyperion considered a plus.

**Flexibility**: Agility & the ability to toggle between topics, knowing when to pivot in another direction
