As a "one-stop shop," mobile.de offers not only buying and selling services but also financing and leasing solutions, among others. The company, founded in 1996, is a subsidiary of Adevinta, a globally leading provider of online classifieds portals.

The team
Join our dynamic UX team comprising over 30 designers, researchers, and content specialists based in our offices in Berlin and Brandenburg. We embrace a hybrid and flexible work culture.
The Role
As a UX/Product Designer at Mobile.de, you will collaborate with PMs, developers, Sales Specialists, and other experts to address the needs of professional car sellers-dealers. From brainstorming to implementation, you'll help advocate for and craft user-centric solutions for our platform.
You will report to a Design Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to product development throughout its lifecycle, from brainstorming to iteration.
- Advocate for the user within your team, shaping our long-term product vision.
- Engage in the discovery process to gather insights and direction, collaborating with dedicated user researchers.
- Translate user challenges into intuitive UX solutions, producing rapid prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with fellow UX specialists to enhance product quality and workflow efficiency.
We would love to meet you if:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in UX/Product design.
- Experience in building B2B/Enterprise tools.
- Proficiency in service design, problem-solving, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Advocacy for users and an understanding of contextual needs.
- Prioritise value and delivery over perfection.
- The ability to break down complex systems into user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools for prototyping, both low and high-fidelity.
- Comfort with transitioning between projects and topics.
- Experience in using both qualitative research insights and quantitative data for design decisions.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German (B2+) is a plus for live research sessions.
