Stock Associate Berlin, Kadewe

**Position**:
We are looking for a Stock Associate talent with passion and drive for our boutique in Berlin, KaDeWe.
As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Boutique Operations**
- Provide an efficient service to all sales associates, including but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availability, training on products and their features/accessories
- Ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor
- Perform stocks transfers between stores when needed
- Check the receipt of products returned by customers
**Stock related Performance**
- Participate to the delivery of products and ensure that received goods match with the quantities indicated on the packing list and ensure the good conditions of products
- Ensure that all products are boxed, labeled and properly stored in the stockroom
- Perform rotative and full inventories counts
- Explain the stock discrepancies
- Ensure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute prices changes, contribute to prepare and conduct cycle counts
**Profile**:
- You have worked within stock/supply chain processes for at least 2-3 years
- You are an empathicand agile talent, that has already discovered the field of retail or hospitality
- You have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
- The ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- You speak English and German, another language on top is a plus
