**Our team**

The Creative Studio partners with marketing to test and learn our way to compelling, needle-moving campaigns, content and creative assets for our core brands: Mozilla, Firefox and more to come. We're the stewards of these product brands — and all of them are on the precipice of change.
Our Studio team has insight into all of the business strategies and initiatives at Mozilla and its different products. It's a dynamic and exciting team that helps to craft public perception of issues like online privacy and responsible tech and make those topics relevant and accessible to our audiences.
**The Role**
As the creative content creator you are a skilled multimedia artisan adept at capturing and crafting visual stories through photography, video, and sophisticated editing techniques. With a creative eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you excel in producing content that engages and resonates with audiences. As a team player, you thrive in collaborative environments, actively seeking and providing constructive feedback to refine and elevate the creative output. Your passion for digital storytelling is evident in every project you undertake, making you a vital asset to any creative team. You will work closely with the Studio team as well as the Comms team who are accountable for Mozilla's Social Media Channels.
**You Are**:
- Proficient in producing and editing high-quality visual content that tells compelling stories for social media.
- Creative and strategic, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital storytelling.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic settings and embraces feedback.
**You Will**:
- Create, curate, and manage all photography, video, and edited content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Work in tandem with designers, copywriters, and other content creators to ensure a unified brand message.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media to keep our content innovative and relevant.
**Your Professional Profile**:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- You bring 4+ years of robust experience in multimedia content creation, including photography, video production, and editing.
- You are fluent in German (native level) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- You demonstrate outstanding ability in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
