Electrical Supervisor in Birkenheide (GER) / Cape Coral (Florida) to lead our onsite

operations and bring projects to life.
- _**Your Mission**:_

As the Electrical Field Service Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our site

operations. Your expertise will guide every phase, ensuring quality and efficiency

across teams, tools, and project milestones. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

- **Deliver Excellence**: Ensure on-site quality, compliance, and timely project

execution.
- **Permitting & Planning**: Secure all relevant permits, and develop forwardlooking

weekly plans.
- **Resource Coordination**: Organize teams and tools to keep projects on track.
- **Leadership on the Ground**: Oversee site supervisors and manage

subcontractors.
- **Commissioning & Support**: Drive hands-on commissioning of automated

equipment.
- **Closure & Compliance**: Handle snag list completion and maintain project

documentation.
- **Procurement**: Source and manage daily site materials.
- **Reporting**: Keep the team updated with regular progress reports and quality

monitoring.
- **Flexibility in Communication**: Act as the liaison between the project team

and on-site activities.

We’re seeking a proactive leader with a blend of technical expertise and hands-on

experience. Here’s what you’ll bring:

- **Technical Expertise**: Certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or

a similar discipline.
- **Field-Proven Experience**: Practical know-how in commissioning complex

automated systems.
- **Full Electrician Qualification**:A must for seamless technical operations.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent English for effective project dialogue.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: A keen analytical eye for quality and efficiency.
- **Autonomy and Drive**: Proven ability to manage responsibilities

independently.
