Architectural Planner

Would you like to transform a church building into a service apartments project?

Would you like to look over hundreds of different projects and build up your knowledge of building typologies?

Do you enjoy working in German and English and being part of an international team?

**Your tasks**:

- Assessing the potential of different buildings to be repurposed for serviced apartments
- Creating layout studies to assist project developers
- Supporting external architects and real estate developers while implementing our design and layout standards
- Supporting our internal Construction and Interior design teams in project implementation

**What you should bring**:

- You have a degree or apprenticeship from a technical university.
- You have previous relevant work experience (at least 1 year) including internships/apprenticeships.
- You have previously worked with CAD-programs (ideally Rhino 3D).
- You are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
