Internship: Technology Scouting and Evaluation

**- Shape the Future**:You will support technology scouting activities to solve thermal challenges in the area of Power Module Packaging processes.
- **Expand your horizons**:You will perform technology research and industry analysis around Power Module Packaging processes, support creation of a technical report in the area alternative concepts for thermal management of power modules.
- **Convince with words**:You create presentations and reports on technical topics that will be shared with management.
- **Organizational talent**:You contribute to the overall strategy definition, organizational development, and marketing planning and execution.
- **Reliable work**:Prepare high quality technical comparison reports and communicate the results well.
**- Study field**:You are currently studying Master’s in Innovation/Technology Management with a technical background, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
**- Experience**:You ideally gained first experience or have a good know-how in the area of power module packaging processes.
**- Skills**:You have interest in analyzing an reading about complex technical topics and are able to work on different topics in parallel; You are experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
**- Way of working**:You are team-oriented and show a proactive attitude.
**- Personality**:You are willing to dive into manifold new topics and have good communication skills
**- Language skills**:You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken; for foreign applicants, good knowledge of German is a plus.
