Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Legal Teams bist Du gemeinsam mit unserem Legal & Compliance Officer hauptverantwortlich für alle Vorgänge rund um das Thema Compliance, trägst also aktiv zur Identifikation und Reduktion von Compliance
- sowie rechtlichen Risiken bei.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Prozess
- und Projektsteuerung bei der Umsetzung aller Compliance relevanten Richtlinien
- Du gibst juristische Hilfestellung der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich Vertragsgestaltung (v.a. für Sales, Marketing und externe Dienstleister) und unterstützt somit eine nachhaltige Sicherung des Erfolgs von Aroundhome
- Du prüfst alle Geschäftsprozesse aus Compliance-Sicht in Hinblick auf eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Investoren, externen Prüfern und/oder Aufsichtsbehörden)
- Du unterstützt das Risk Management bei der Identifikation von potentiellen Risiken und bei der fortlaufenden Überwachung

Anforderungen
- Du hast Dein erstes Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über einen vergleichbaren juristischen Ausbildungshintergrund (Master in Law) mit erster, relevanter Berufserfahrung in Compliance
- Du hast Dein Können hinsichtlich Compliance-relevanter Sachverhalte schon in ersten Projekten unter Beweis gestellt, vorzugsweise in der Digitalwirtschaft
- Du schaffst den Spagat zwischen Wirtschaft und Recht und besitzt die kommunikative Stärke auch Nichtjuristen Sachverhalte verständlich sowie überzeugend zu vermitteln
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gehst Deine Aufgaben proaktiv, strukturiert sowie ergebnisorientiert an
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendung und verfügst über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist ein starker Teamplayer und Dein empathisches und freundliches Wesen zeichnen Dich besonders aus
