**About the role**

**LOCATION**:Germany - Burghausen**HOURS**:Full-Time**TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Permanent- Make It Real- Would you like to work hands-on and lead an important team in the Supply Chain environment? Do you have what it takes to find the best solutions for the client while looking for continuous improvement of our processes? We are looking for a Team Leader Order Fulfilment and Dispatch to join our Site Logistics team.- In this role, you will be responsible for the dispatch and order fulfilment activities for the Borealis plants in Burghausen. You will lead and develop a team of about 10 people, and report to the Site Logistics Manager. Together with your team you make sure that we keep our promise to the customer by ensuring on-time and end-to-end order fulfilment (batch allocation, dispatching, transport planning - freight monitoring - cost settlement). You will act as the key operational point towards the Logistics Contracting Managers and Customer Service Organisation Managers.- Your main areas of responsibility are:
- Supporting, steering and developing your team
- Ensuring deliveries to our customer are executed according to customer agreements / requirements / internal processes and in line with the agreed Logistic Service Provider contracts for the Borealis polyolefin products.
- Ensuring dispatch administration and customs handling in
- and outbound flows.
- Ensuring a qualitative execution of the end-to-end delivery, transport and freight cost settlement process, with focus on customer service excellence - also covering reverse logistics.
- Driving continuous improvement in the dispatch and order handling processes to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining legal compliance.
- Leading customer complaint handling process internally and at the external locations and defining actions to avoid reoccurrence.

**About you**You have excellent communication skills in English and German. You have excellent internal and external networking capabilities and influential skills. Stress resistance and process orientation is an advantage.**Our offer**
