As part of the Docplanner Group, jameda is Germany’s largest healthcare platform, empowering patients to find the right healthcare professionals and book appointments online. jameda also supports healthcare providers with solutions to optimize their practice management and enhance patient satisfaction.
**1. Strategy and Execution**
- Collaborate with leadership and finance to forecast spend and evaluate ROI. Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- Experiment with new channels and approaches to expand our reach.
**2. Campaign Management**
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, showcasing progress toward KPIs and recommendations for future strategies.
**3. Team Management**
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three performance marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Work closely with the global content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Partner with the Inbound Sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and support revenue generation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and data analytics.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
