We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce Product Owner who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

We are launching a new team at Flix that allows us to get the most out of Salesforce. Our goal is to enable our colleagues to use Salesforce as efficiently yet autonomously as possible. We therefore plan to centralise ownership, governance and guidance to ensure proper integration of Salesforce into Azure AD as our identity provider, exchanging data with Kafka and Snowflake, and providing standard integrations to our platform.

We need your help as the Product Owner bootstrapping this team, aggregating requirements, shaping vision and mission for the team, and building supporting products and features around the Salesforce ecosystem.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Salesforce usage at Flix - help define the vision and drive its implementation
- Extract precise requirements for the problems that need to be solved
- Coordinate priorities that imply cross-team collaboration
- Help building the team around the vision
- Consider opportunity cost to ensure the team delivers the most value for the organization
- Drive change management for Salesforce users at Flix
- Make the role your own, taking ownership of your responsibilities and bringing your strengths to your role and the PO community

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud
- General understanding of IT architecture
- General understanding of software delivery in a team setting
- Drive to make an impact
- Confident managing users and stakeholders
- Experience in process design
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding communication skills
- Motivated to learn
