- und Kreditorenbuchhaltungsteam, um Zahlungen genau, effizient und zeitnah zu verarbeiten, zu verfolgen und zu verbuchen. Darüber hinaus arbeitest du zusammen mit unserem Director of Finance, sowie unserer externen Buchhaltungsfirma daran, die Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse professionell und zuverlässig zu erstellen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Du pflegst die Stammdaten sowohl für Verbindlichkeiten als auch für Forderungen ein.
- Du bearbeitest und überprüfst Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
- Du erstellst und versendest Kundenrechnungen und Gutschriften, außerdem stellst Du die fristgerechte Zahlung der Rechnung sicher.
- Du gleichst Zahlungseingänge mit Rechnungen ab und beantwortest Lieferantenanfragen zum Zahlungsstatus.
- Du verwaltest das Mahn
- und Inkassoverfahren, um den Einzug ausstehender Rechnungen sicherzustellen.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an Veränderungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen innerhalb der AP- und AR-Prozesse mit, einschließlich der Verwaltung des Genehmigungssystems.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen oder Buchhaltung.
- Du verfügst über 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend, auf mindestens C1-Niveau, und du beherrschst die englische Sprache sicher (min. auf B2-Niveau).
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel sowie anderen Buchhaltungssoftware-Systemen.
- Deine Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet und du strebst kontinuierlich danach, deine Effizienz durch gezielte Priorisierung zu verbessern.
- Du arbeitest äußerst detailorientiert und strukturiert.
