**Your tasks**:
- You support employees along the entire employee lifecycle by operating our standard HR processes smoothly and reliably.
- As a specialist in HR administration, you will take on a variety of tasks in this area, such as responsibility for HR database, maintenance of the time management system and topics in the interface to payroll accounting.
- You analyze existing HR processes and topics, identify potential for optimization and take care of implementation.
- You support employer branding by organizing and coordinating recruiting and career events to strengthen the employer brand.
- Projects in the HR environment, such as in the areas of personnel development, organizational development and change management, complement your day-to-day HR work.
**Your profile**:
- You would like to support our HR team as a temporary parental leave replacement for at least one year.
- You have an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or a university degree with initial practical experience.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in various HR areas such as recruiting, personnel administration and employee support.
- You see yourself as a team player and are also characterized by an independent, structured work ethic and great organizational skills.
- With your open-minded character, you enjoy working in partnership with a wide range of personalities and always maintain communication at eye level.
- In addition to German, you are also fluent in English, so communicating with international colleagues or applicants is no problem for you.
