**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Filling of Reagents all within the right Quality Guidelines and standard work
- Labelling and packaging of products according to standard work
- Escalate Issues at the Filling area to Supervisor if needed
- Solve simple issues ad hoc on the filling line
- Participate in Kaizens or continuous improvement event concerning own area of work
- This Role will work in a 2 Shift System with occasional night shifts_
- Time: Early Shift
- Time late shift
- Time night shift

**The essential requirements of the job include**
- completed technical apprenticeship (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years of experience.
- Work experience in Production, preferably of Medical Devices
- Team player and problem solver, able to work under high pressure;

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Advanced in operating systems usage (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.);

- Abfüllung von Reagenzien unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsrichtlinien und Standardarbeiten
- Etikettieren und Verpacken von Produkten nach Standardvorgaben
- Eskalation von Problemen und Störungen im Abfüllbereich an den Vorgesetzten, falls erforderlich
- Lösen einfacher Störungen an der Abfüllanlage
- Teilnahme an Kaizens oder kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im eigenen Arbeitsbereich

**Diese Rolle wird in einem 2-Schicht-System mit gelegentlichen Nachtschichten arbeiten**
- Zeit Frühschicht
- Zeit Spätschicht
- Zeit Nachtschicht

**Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören**
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) mit mehr als 2 Jahren Erfahrung.
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, vorzugsweise von Medizinprodukten
- Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz, Fähigkeit, unter hohem Druck zu arbeiten;

**Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über frühere Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen verfügen**:

- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook usw.);
